This website is operated by Redwood Forge. By visiting this website, requesting a quote, uploading artwork, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMIZATION
Product images, colors, dimensions, and material descriptions are provided as accurately as practical. Natural materials such as wood may vary in grain, tone, and engraving contrast. Screen colors may differ from finished products. Custom work begins only after required order information and artwork are received.

ARTWORK AND DESIGN APPROVAL
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all logos, names, trademarks, images, and other content submitted to Redwood Forge. A digital design preview may be provided before production. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names, logo details, quantities, colors, sizes, and placement before approval. Approval authorizes production.

ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Prices, product availability, minimum quantities, and production options may change without notice before an order is accepted. Payment must be completed through the available checkout or agreed invoice terms. Redwood Forge may cancel or refund an order that cannot be produced as requested.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Production timelines are estimates and begin after payment, complete artwork, and design approval. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Carrier delays, address errors, weather, customs, supply interruptions, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Custom and personalized products are subject to the Return and Refund Policy published on this website. Orders generally cannot be canceled after artwork approval or production begins.

PROHIBITED USE
You may not use this website or our services for unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. We may decline artwork or orders that violate law, third-party rights, platform policies, or reasonable production standards.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Redwood Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, product delays, or customer-supplied artwork. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

CHANGES
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
