RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Redwood Forge creates personalized, engraved, printed, embroidered, and made-to-order products. Please review this policy before placing an order.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Products made with a customer logo, name, message, artwork, color selection, approved proof, or other custom specification are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange because of preference changes, ordering mistakes, or approved design choices. Natural variations in wood grain, engraving contrast, material texture, and screen color are not considered defects.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order, contact quotes@redwoodforgecustom.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After review, Redwood Forge may repair, replace, reproduce, or refund the affected item as appropriate.

NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Eligible non-custom, unused products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS AND DESIGN APPROVAL
Orders may be canceled before the design proof is approved and before production begins. Once artwork is approved or production has started, the order cannot be canceled. Customers are responsible for confirming spelling, names, dates, logo details, colors, quantities, and delivery information shown in the proof.

RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUNDS
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after a return is authorized. Original shipping charges and customer-paid return shipping are not refundable unless the issue resulted from our error. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item or claim is reviewed. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
